Nearly a decade in high-growth tech and AI, from early-stage startups where I wore almost every hat to leading community at Scale AI and Lovable, I learned a lot about how ambitious organizations grow and what it costs when the business side of the work comes at the expense of the human side.
Now, I partner with mission-driven people and organizations who treat authenticity, belonging, and connection as practices, not performances.

When everything depends on one person, both the work and the person pay for it. I build the systems behind sustainable work: processes, workflows, documentation, org structure, and reporting that help good programs run without constant heroics.

At the intersection of people, programs, and processes is also where your values live.
Values that only exist in a mission statement aren't values yet. They're intentions.
My job is to make sure what you believe is visible in how you operate.
People are the point
Advocacy runs through everything I do.
I will speak for the people your work serves, especially when they aren't in the room, which means asking who carries the cost of a decision and naming the assumptions none of us have questioned yet. Every choice we make lands on someone. I will help keep us honest and bring us back to them.
Authenticity as practice, not performance
Authenticity is a way of being, not branding. I show up as myself, I'm not here to judge you or what you've built, and I want to support you. The people I collaborate with tend to care deeply about their work, and that energy is easier to build on when nobody is posturing. Consider this an invitation to drop performances and hierarchies.
Clear is kind
Candor, communicated consistently and compassionately, is the most generous thing I can offer you. I will tell you what I see, ask challenging questions, and name what you might be too close to notice, always with respect and in service of the work, never at your expense. Clarity is a form of care, not criticism. I welcome the same from you.
Relationships over transactions
Alignment matters more than a contract. The most meaningful work I've been part of started as a conversation with no agenda, and it flourished because the relationship came before the deliverable. Human-centered work starts by being human with each other, so collaboration is exploratory and joyful rather than transactional. Whether we're a good fit or not, I’ll tell you.
Sustainable by design
Sustainability is a requirement, not a nice-to-have. I won't build a system that only works if someone sacrifices themselves to run it, or that causes harm to the people it touches, and I don’t work that way myself. I've been inside enough places that ran on burnout to know how that ends, so you'll always get options for how the work can happen. If a plan depends on heroics, it’s not a plan.
